Jufa Gnas was the venue for the 6th International Shitoryu Karate Seminar. In 2017 they trained with Kyoshi Shoko Sato, in the previous year with Kyoshi A.Tanzadeh - this time both masters were present to pass on their broad knowledge. The third trainer was Anthony Haliwell. The number of athletes was correspondingly large. Kareteka from eleven nations, i.e. from the USA, Japan, Canada, Russia, Belarus, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany and Austria trained in Gnas. The seminar was opened by Mayor Gerhard Meixner and Member of Parliament Juliane Bogner-Strauß. She emphasised that karate is a way to strengthen one's character and to learn respectful interaction with the world.
